APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Try to schedule appointments 48 - 72 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. However, there may be some time available on short notice, so call at anytime to check on openings. Notice of cancellation is expected a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or you will be charged the full rate of the session. You are encouraged to be prompt in order to receive your full session. Therapists are able to provide a receipt which you may be able to use for reimbursement purposes. Do not hesitate to discuss or request this with your therapist.
