Muffler Man in South Lansing (in Delhi Township) has done repairs and maintenance on my truck and two cars and my son and his wifes van.  I have found them to be honest and reliable. I especially enjoy the lower cost for oil changes. The attitude of those people next door, "Fast Eddies", is what originally pushed me into trying your location for nearly all my automotive services. Fast Eddies should change their name to "Slick Willies"!!!

In any event, what I like the most about dealing with Muffler Man is you seem to employ knowledgeable mechanics that do the job right the first time.  I get excellent results without the hassle.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased that I was with your service.  I knew your work ethic and quality from your Ionia, MI location. Recently I moved and I now live in Holt, Michigan. To my pleasant suprise, I discovered you also operate a location in Delhi Township. So, I am now traveling to your South Lansing/Holt site for my muffler work, oil changes, and minor car repairs too. 

So far I have been very pleased. It sure beats going to the dealers who used to charge me what seemed like an arm and a leg.

Having four cars in our family, I am sure that I may see you all too often.  I still will feel more comfortable having repairs done at your shop knowing that you will not try to inflate the repair bill, but on the other hand, that if you notice something that should really be addressed immediately or soon, that you will let me know.  None of us like repair bills, but I trust your service people.

I discovered your location after being referred there about 4 years ago. Thank God!

I dropped my van for an oil change.  When you drove it in, you noticed a roughness in the engine that did not seem normal, and discovered a crack in the distributor cap.  I had meant to ask you if you noticed how rough my van idled then I totally forgot.  That type of extra care may not seem like a lot to you, but just trying to take a car off the road to get service can be half the battle for us car dependent customers.

Since all of our cars have over 100,000 miles on them we need a shop like yours that we can trust and depend on. It's better than another new car payment!!! Thank you for all the good service.

All I can say is "Thanks.... Muffler Man"!!! After many bad experiences next door at "Fast Eddies" I am so glad I tried your place in Holt. My last straw at Fast Eddies was when they tried to force me to sign a piece of paper saying -they (Fast Eddies) were not responsible if they broke something on my Lincoln!!! They even asked me to leave because I refused to sign.

Your service, at Muffler Man, is always excellent and your mechanic, Shaun, made me a believer I should only stop at Muffler Man. My hopes are that you will take away all the oil changing business from next door.
